The SVN repository is in progress of migration to a new host. As far as
non-committers are concerned this move is completed and the host remains
svn.dojotoolkit.org. There is one item of note however, the /dojo that
existed at the beginning of the url path should not be used any longer. So

http://svn.dojotoolkit.org/dojo/view/anon/all/trunk

should just be

http://svn.dojotoolkit.org/view/anon/all/trunk

Be sure to update your svn:externals!!

In addition to SVN, I am in the process of migrating trac. For the most part the trac move has been completed and you are all already working off of the new trac instance. However, the underlying database that supports trac is currently and sqllite db that is struggling to keep up with the performance requirements of our website. Today I will be finishing this migration by migrating the trac database to a different backend. Accordingly there may be some periods of downtime for this service today.
